The Problem

No Self-Service Path for Reorders

Customers had no way to access old proofs or reorder previous designs without emailing support. Staff manually tracked everything — pulling up past orders, re-sending proof files, and re-entering product options by hand. Every reorder was a support ticket.

The Solution

Custom Design Portal in My Account

A custom WooCommerce plugin that adds a full design portal directly into the customer's My Account area. Built on a custom database schema (gav_ tables) with cron-based auto-approval for proofs idle 10+ days and MailerLite transactional emails for proof notifications.
