This website (treysonwelch.com) is the portfolio and contact site for Treyson Welch, a freelance email marketing and AI consultant based in Utah, USA ("I", "me", "my"). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit or contact me through this site, how it is used, and the choices you have. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the site.

Information You Provide

This site does not host its own contact form. You may choose to share information with me in the following ways:

• Booking a call — The scheduling section uses an embedded Calendly widget. When you book, you provide details such as your name, email address, and any notes you add. This information is collected and processed by Calendly and shared with me so I can prepare for and attend the call.
• Email — If you email me directly at treyson@treysonwelch.com, I receive whatever information you include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

This is a static website with no analytics or tracking pixels added by me. However, standard technical information is processed by the services that deliver and support the site:

• Hosting — The site is hosted on Netlify, which may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and performance purposes.
• Embedded services — The Calendly widget and Google Fonts are loaded from their own servers. As a result, those providers may receive your IP address and set cookies when their content loads on a page.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Netlify (hosting) — netlify.com/privacy
• Calendly (call scheduling) — calendly.com/privacy

How Your Information Is Used

Any information you share is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• Schedule, prepare for, and attend calls you book;
• Provide and improve the freelance services we discuss; and
• Keep the website secure and functioning.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

I do not set my own cookies for tracking or advertising. Embedded third-party services (such as Calendly) may set cookies needed for their features to work. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some embedded features may not function correctly if you do.

Data Retention

I keep correspondence and booking details only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet ordinary business or legal record-keeping needs. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email me at treyson@treysonwelch.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. For data held by Calendly or Netlify, you may also contact those providers directly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and I take reasonable steps to protect any information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business clients and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
